1) Code of ethics for Principal : The Principal is expected to be fair, objective. Supportive and protective. The following traits are expected from the Principal :
- Chalk out policies and plans to execute mission and vision.
- Recommend and forward communication to authorities
- Monitor, manage the institution
- Initiate actions/remedial measures
- Executive qualitative and quantitative work for the welfare of the institution
- Empower the staff and students to reach their potential
- Exhibit strong leadership
- Ensure that the institution runs smoothly
- Code of Ethics for teachers :
- Report to duty on time.
- Maintain duty hours
- Adhere to the rules and regulations of the institution
- Be impartial and indiscriminative against students
- Follow the class schedule
- Active participation in committees/co-curricular activities/social activities
- Proper interaction with students
- Collaborative with fellow faculties
- Uphold dignity of the profession
- Help, guide, encourage and assist the students
- Code of Ethics For non-teaching staff :
- Report to duty on time
- Remain on duty during work hours
- Adhere to the rules and regulations of the institution
- Be impartial and indiscriminative against students
- Respect and maintain the hierarchy in the Administration
- Must not divulge official secrets, multiple, expunge, conceal. After or forge official document.
- Maintain honesty, integrity and fairness
- Exercise self-discipline and restrain and deal positively with staff, teachers and public
- Avoid social networking sites during office hours.
- Code of Ethics For students :
- Must wear college uniform
- Proper attendance in classes
- Cell phone is strictly prohibited
- Maintain the spirit of co-education
- During leisure students are advised to use library, computer lab
- Defacing of blackboards/digital boards, damage to furniture will lead to penalty or suspension
- Not to indulge in anti-social activities
- Ragging is strictly prohibited
- Stay wear identity cards
- Without permission, visitors are not allowed to meet the students
- Must engage themselves in co-curricular, extra-curricular.
